If I go out and buy a new/different product key, will it actually work with my account when it's refusing to recognise/ has forgotten that there is an office suite associated with the account?Ĥ. Why has my account forgotten that I had Office?ģ. Is the product key compatible with the programme?Ģ.
I click on that and get to a welcome page with a button marked "Get Started" which I click, then it returns me to the previous page., and again I'm stuck in a loop.ġ. "If you have Office but haven’t activated it, you can use your product key to activate. If I go back to explorer and try to activate it where it says If I hit ok and try and go back I get stuck in a log in loop. If you have a product key, go back and select "Enter a product key instead"." If you receive Office through your organisation or school, please contact your administrator. If you purchased Office for yourself, use the same account that you used when purchasing Office. To activate this install, please sign in with the account associated with your product. "The account (won't put my email here but it gives the right address) isn't associated with this Office product. (Unless you can have multiple accounts to the same email?) I know it's the right account that I used last time since the expired version is still logged in to it. Meanwhile in Word the redeem online box is ticked as completed. "Office isn’t associated with this account." Comes up. In programmes in control panel it is listed as Office 365. It's a hard copy thing like a credit card not bought online.
OFFICE 365 WORKING KEYS SERIALS WS CODE
I've got a re-activation code for Office 365, the enter product key box accepts it (are they interchangeable/the same thing?). (2013 version of things like word, publisher etc) It's a home usage one not a corporate one.
